The village adopts the United States Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, as amended from time to time (hereinafter called “the Standards”), for the Downtown Improvement District of the village which is bounded on the east, beginning at North Water Street at East Caroline, south to East Jackson including buildings abutting on North Main only, to the alley between Perry and Harrison Streets, west to North Cherry, north including buildings only on the east side of North Cherry Street to the alley between Jackson and Caroline, then east to Williams Street, north to Caroline Street continuing east to North Water Street. A true and complete copy of the Standards shall be kept on file at the village’s principal office by the Village Administrator.
