§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 130.01 within the corporation limits of the village is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $1,000. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person under the age of 18 years who violates the provisions of § 130.03 shall be apprehended and charged as being an unruly child and taken before the Juvenile Court in the county, following the procedure as provided in R.C. Chapter 2151.
   (D)   Any person who violates § 130.04(B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Any person who refuses to leave the sidewalk or street after being ordered to do so by a police officer under § 130.04(C) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
