(A) The franchise authority may make orders and assess reasonable penalties against the franchisee for violation of any of these customer service standards. The order(s) may require the franchisee to undertake an activity pursuant to these standards and may assess a reasonable penalty not to exceed $300 per day for each day that the franchisee fails to comply with such order(s). An order of the franchise authority shall be final only after a hearing before the legislative authority of the franchise authority.
(B) The franchise authority may seek injunctive relief or any other judicial remedy available pursuant to applicable federal or state law in order to enforce compliance with these standards.
