(A) (1) A license to place a watercraft upon the Paulding Reservoir shall be issued to the owner of a rowboat or sailboat less than 16 feet in length or a canoe, upon:
(a) Completion of an application in a form prescribed by the Mayor of the village;
(b) Presentation of satisfactory evidence of ownership of the watercraft and registration with the state; and
(c) Payment of a licensing fee of $2.
(2) Application for licensing shall be made at the village’s Utilities Office.
(B) The license obtained as prescribed herein shall be valid as long as the applicant owns the boat for which said license is obtained.
