§ 96.01 DESIGNATION.
   Those areas of the village which have been designated by the Recreation Board and/or the Village Council as being for recreational or park purposes shall be defined as PARKS. Further, any of the village’s codified ordinances, regulations or rules shall mean such foregoing areas.
