§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Violation of this chapter shall be a minor misdemeanor and shall be punishable pursuant to the provisions for such a level of misdemeanor as is set forth under R.C. § 2929.28, and as an additional penalty, the violator shall be required to pay or reimburse the village for the cost of replanting a suitable tree.
