§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 92.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be issued a written warning for a first offense, and shall be fined $25 for a second offense, an amount not to exceed $50 for a third offense, and an amount not to exceed $100 for a fourth and all subsequent offenses. Each successive day that § 92.01 is violated shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person who installs, replaces, relays, repairs or removes any sidewalks within a public street or public grounds in the village or causes the same to be performed without obtaining a permit, as provided in § 92.19, shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed $100.
