§ 92.17 INTERSECTION RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The village shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of sidewalks in intersections.
   (B)   This does not obligate the village to the responsibility of snow removal on these sidewalks.
   (C)   It will still be the property owners responsibility to maintain adequate snow removal and to control icy conditions when present.
