(A) Upon a complaint setting forth the location of a defective sidewalk, the name of the complainant, and any other necessary information, the Village Administrator shall schedule an inspection of that sidewalk.
(B) (1) The Village Administrator shall establish a routine inspection of sidewalks for which the village has the duty to maintain.
(2) A regularized inspection of the condition of sidewalks throughout the village shall be accomplished on a cycle established by the Village Administrator and approved by the Council, and inspection and repair shall be accomplished according to. the program schedule established.
(C) Standards and specifications.
(1) All new construction, grading, repairing or replacing of such sidewalks shall comply with ODOT requirements.
(2) The office of the Village Administrator shall have copies of the specifications.
