SCHEDULE V. LOAD RESTRICTIONS.

   (A)   Except as provided in this schedule, no person shall drive any vehicles weighing over three tons upon any of the following village streets:

      (a)   Countryside Drive;

      (b)   Centerfield Drive;

      (c)   Springdale Drive;

      (d)   Meadowbrook Drive; and

      (e)   Countryview Drive.

   (B)   Signs shall be posted reading “THROUGH VEHICLES OVER 3 TONS EMPTY WEIGHT PROHIBITED”.

   (C)   Vehicles weight over three tons may be driven upon these streets or portions of these streets for the shortest possible distance to load or unload merchandise, freight or material at a place contiguous to the street or part thereof, provided there is no other means of ingress to and egress from the place.

   (D)   The provision of division (A) above does not apply to vehicles of a gross weight less than three tons and vehicles owned or operated by the village.

   (E)   Violation of this schedule shall constitute a minor misdemeanor.
