(A) Through traffic is prohibited in the east-west alley in the block bordered by Wall Street, Water Street, Main Street and George Street to control the volume of traffic thereon. Further that signs shall be erected at both ends of said alley showing that through traffic on said alley is prohibited.
(B) The east-west alley located inside of the block contained within North Coupland Street, West Perry Street, North Summit Street, and West Jackson Street is closed to through traffic. The Village Administrator shall cause signage and barriers to be placed and erect as he or she is required by regulation and sees fit, in furtherance of this division (B).
(C) Paulding County Road 107 (McDonald Pike) from West Wayne Street south to the village corporation limit is designated as a through highway by definition.
(D) Emerald Road from Jackson Street to the north portion of Airport Road is designated as a through street.
