SCHEDULE II. FLASHING SIGNALS.
   (A)   The Village Administrator is authorized to proceed with the installation of the four-way red flashing signal at the intersection of Cherry and Perry Streets.
   (B)   The Village Administrator is authorized to employ the services of Ohio Power to supply power to the installation and to provide a meter.
