(A) Commencing on May 1, 2009, all users of the village’s sewer system shall pay a fee in the amount of $3.50 per month in order to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the village’s sewer system.
(B) Commencing on May 1, 2010, all users of the village’s sewer system shall pay an additional fee in the amount of $3 per month, thereby increasing each users monthly fee to $6.50, in order to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the village’s sewer system.
(C) Commencing on May 1, 2011, all users of the village’s sewer system shall pay an additional fee in the amount of $3 per month, thereby increasing each users monthly fee to $9.50, in order to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the village’s sewer system.
(D) The monthly fees created in divisions (A), (B) and (C) above shall be paid by all users of the village’s sewer system in addition to any and all other charges which they pay for usage of the village’s sewer system.
(E) The fees collected pursuant to this section shall be paid to the village’s Sewer Fund.
