§ 30.01 SERVICES PROVIDED TO CERTAIN TERRITORY UPON ANNEXATION.
   The services that the village will provide to the territory proposed for annexation upon annexation are as follows:
   (A)   The provision of water and sewer services pursuant to the compliance of any existing village rules and regulations regarding the provision of said water and sewer services;
   (B)   The maintenance of streets, which includes, but is not limited to: patching, repairing, resurfacing, cleaning, and snow and ice removal, whenever deemed appropriate according to present village procedures;
   (C)   The maintenance of the building integrity in the area as provided for by an existing zoning code for the village;
   (D)   The provision of street lighting;
   (E)   The provision of village police protection;
   (F)   The participation in any village Clean-up Week;
   (G)   The provision of leaf collection;
   (H)   The reduction of water and sewer charges based on the inside corporation rates;
   (I)   The purchase of cemetery plots at inside corporation rates;
   (J)   The reduction of speed limits on certain streets and highways in accordance with permitted state regulations; and
   (K)   All other municipal services customarily provided to municipal property owners and residents.
