(A) After January 31, 1977, it shall be unlawful for any person to make a new connection to the village sanitary sewer system for the discharge of any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, cooling water, unpolluted industrial process water to any sanitary sewer or to make clean water connections to the sanitary sewer system.
(B) Any person found to be violating any provision of this section shall be served with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice permanently cease all violations.
