(A) The village shall be responsible for all sewers from the edge of the paving or curb line to the sewer main under the street. All sewers which are dug out by the village shall have a clean-out “Y” installed by the village. Such “Y” shall be paid for by the property owner.
(B) No excavation for sewers shall be made in any public street except by the Village Sewer Department.
(C) Any sewer which requires excavation of the street, in the opinion of the Village Sewer Department, which runs from the property under the street to the sewer main, shall be at the expense of the village.
