§ 51.04 COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY RIGHT TO TAP INTO VILLAGE’S WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS.
   (A)   The County Historical Society be allowed to tap into the village water and sewer system and the regular tap-in fees be waived in exchange for the granting of the right to the village to utilize several wells on the property owned by the Society if a need arises which necessitates the use of the wells by the village.
   (B)   The granting of the right to the village to utilize the wells shall be by means of a covenant attached to the deed of the property or a recorded easement either of which shall be approved by the Council of the village.
   (C)   The cost of the attachment of the covenant to the deed or the recorded easement shall be borne by the Society.
