§ 51.023 BUILDING SEWERS.
   (A)   The building sewer shall be ABS or PVC-SDR35 and shall be tight and waterproof as required by the Uniform Plumbing Code, being 675 I.A.C. 16-1.4-1 et seq. for the pipe installed.
   (B)   The customer shall furnish and install a clean-out in the customer’s sewer for maintenance requirements.
