§ 51.002 SCOPE, COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No statement contained in this chapter shall be construed to interfere with any additional requirements that may be imposed by the state or the County Board of Health.
   (B)   All provisions of this chapter and limits set herein shall comply with any applicable state or federal requirements now or projected to be in effect.
