§ 36.01 COPIES OF TOWN RECORDS; PROCEDURE AND FEES.
   (A)   All requests for copies of town records shall be made in writing on a form provided by the town.
   (B)   The fee for providing such copies is hereby established at $0.10 per page.
   (C)   Copies provided electronically on compact disc will be charged at the rate of $0.50 per copy.
