§ 33.24 MEETINGS OPEN; WATER SUPERINTENDENT ATTENDANCE.
   (A)   The meetings of the Advisory Board shall be open to the public as required by the State Open Door Law, being I.C. 5-14-1.5-1 et seq. The meetings shall be advertised and be held on a regular basis.
   (B)   The Water Superintendent for the Patriot Municipal Water Utility shall be available to attend the meetings of the Advisory Board and discuss any matters concerning the water utility.
