§ 33.21 MEMBER SELECTION AND SALARY.
   (A)   Selection. The Board of Directors of Patriot Municipal Water Utility shall select and appoint the members of the Advisory Board. The Board of Directors shall have the authority to remove any member who fails to perform the duties outlined in this subchapter.
   (B)   Salaries. The Board of Directors of Patriot Municipal Water Utility shall determine the salary, if any, to be paid to the members of the Advisory Board.
