§ 33.01 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
   (B)   The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall be composed of five members appointed by the Town Council and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
      (1)   Three members shall reside in Posey Township; and
      (2)   Two members shall reside in the town.
