§ 32.20 APPOINTMENT; COMPENSATION; TRAINING.
   (A)   The Town Council shall appoint the Town Marshal and shall fix his or her compensation.
(I.C. 36-5-7-2)
   (B)   Applicants must have completed, or must be able to complete within six months after appointment, the basic training requirements established by the State Law Enforcement Training Board. The Town Marshal shall be required to pass the Tier II training course.
