§ 31.041 QUORUM FOR CONDUCTING BUSINESS.
   (A)   A quorum shall consist of a majority of the entire Town Council, including the Town Council President. A quorum shall be necessary to transact the business of the Town Council.
   (B)   If no quorum is present, the Town Council shall not thereby stand adjourned, but the members present shall adjourn or recess the Town Council by a majority vote.
