(A) The Patriot Municipal Water Board may from time to time declare a state of emergency and restrict water usage for essential purposes only, including, but not limited to, drinking, bathing and washing clothes.
(B) At such times of emergency, nonessential water use is prohibited. Examples of nonessential water use include, but are not limited to, watering lawns, washing cars, watering gardens and filling pools.
