§ 53.02 DISCONNECTION AND RECONNECTION FEES.
   (A)   All customers for whom the disconnection of water services is required or necessitated and who seek reconnection shall pay a service fee of $100.
   (B)   In addition to the service fee, customers seeking reconnection shall pay all past-due fees and charges due and owing prior to reconnection.
