§ 52.12 EXEMPTION FROM CHARGES FOR ABOVEGROUND AND IN-GROUND POOLS.

   (A)   Residents on the sewer system with aboveground or in-ground pools may receive an exemption from sewer charges for water used to annually fill their pool.

   (B)   To receive exemption:

      (1)   Furnish the utility with verification of POOL CAPACITY, meaning the number of gallons of water to fill;

      (2)   Notify the utility office when ready to fill the pool;

      (3)   Take a meter reading before beginning to fill; and

      (4)   Take a meter reading when completed and report such to the office in writing.

   (C)   This exemption does not apply to wadding pools.
