§ 51.061 TOWN COUNCIL RIGHT TO REJECT WASTES, CHARGE FOR TREATMENT.
   (A)   The Town Council shall have the right to reject industrial wastes, in whole or in part, for any reason.
   (B)   The Town Council shall reserve the right to treat compatible industrial wastes for a surcharge, if such waters are in excess or normal domestic sewage levels, to cover the added costs of treating such sewage.
