Unpolluted water from air conditioners, cooling, condensing systems or swimming pools shall be discharged into a storm sewer where such is available. Where a storm sewer is not available, discharge may be discharged to a natural outlet approved by the town or by the state. Where a storm sewer or natural sewer is not available, such unpolluted water may be discharged to a sanitary sewer by obtaining written approval by the Town Council.
