Each decision of the Watershed Board of Adjustment is subject to review by the county Superior Court by proceedings in the nature of certiorari. Any petition for review by the county Superior Court shall be filed with the county Clerk of Superior Court within 30 days after the decision of the Watershed Board of Adjustment is filed in the office of the Administrator, or after a written copy of the decision is delivered to every aggrieved party who has filed a written request for a copy of the decision with the Administrator or Chairperson of the Watershed Board of Adjustment at the time of its hearing of the case, whichever is later. The decision of the Watershed Board of Adjustment may be delivered to the aggrieved party either by personal service or by registered or certified mail return receipt requested.
