§ 51.035 ESTABLISHMENT OF WATERSHED AREAS.
   (A)   The purpose of this subchapter is to list and describe the watershed areas adopted in this chapter.
   (B)   For purposes of this chapter, areas within the county are divided into the following areas, as appropriate:
      (1)   WS-IV-CA (Critical area); and
      (2)   WS-IV-PA (Protected area).
