(A) No smoking or the use of matches or other open flames shall be permitted at the land clearing and inert debris landfill or transfer station, except as approved by the Solid Waste Director.
(B) No persons shall be allowed to go upon the premises of the land clearing and inert debris landfill or transfer station for any reason except as permitted by this chapter or as approved by the Solid Waste Director and/or County Manager.
