(A)
Any outside storage of junk, refuse, salvage, or discarded materials shall be screened from adjacent rights-of-way and adjacent properties.
(B) Solid waste collection dumpsters located adjacent to a residence, residentially zoned lot, or in view of a street right-of-way shall be screened from the view of adjoining properties and street rights-of-way.
(C) Screening as required by this section, shall be accomplished by an opaque wood or masonry fence or wall that is at least eight feet in height.
