§ 157.091 ONLY ONE PRINCIPAL BUILDING, ONE PRINCIPAL USE ON LOT AND ORIENTATION OF A BUILDING.
   (A)   Principal building.
      (1)   Residential. No more than one principal building shall be permitted on a lot. This requirement shall not apply to the multi-family zoning district.
      (2)   Non-residential. More than one principal building may be located on a lot provided a minimum 20-foot width paved access road is maintained from a public street to each principal building for use by service or emergency vehicles. A 20-foot separation shall be maintained between each principal building.
   (B)   There shall not be more than one principal use (e.g. commercial, industrial or residential) per building and lot. This requirement shall not apply to telecommunication/broadcast towers and ancillary structures or outdoor advertising signs where permitted.
