    This district provides for the development of offices and community institutions which have similar development characteristics and require locations close to the more intensive commercial districts. (See §§ 157.090 through 157.094, 157.105 through 157.107, and 157.120 and 157.121 for permitted uses and additional area and yard requirements.)
