This district is defined as large, open land areas. The regulations of this district are designed to retain the open, agricultural characteristics of the land. For that reason, the permitted uses are very limited in number. Residential development shall be allowed only when division of a tract or parcel of land does not constitute a subdivision as defined in the Pasquotank County Subdivision Regulations.
