This district is defined as certain areas that are designed to serve both non-residents and residents using the major state and county roads that run through the county. This district is designed to accommodate retail or service establishments customarily patronized by transient traffic as well as non-transient traffic. (See §§ 157.090 through 157.094, 157.105 through 157.107, and 157.120 and 157.121 for permitted uses and additional area and yard requirements.)
