§ 155.163 BUILDING SETBACK LINES.
   (A)   The minimum building setback from the property lines shall be as designated in § 157.120, for the appropriate zoning district.
   (B)   In addition, the following additional setbacks are required:
      (1)   From the front property line on major thoroughfares 40 feet; and
      (2)   From water’s edge 50 feet.
   (C)   Subdivisions that have received sketch plan approval by the County Planning Board prior to January 1, 2001 shall be required to maintain a minimum 30 feet horizontal distance from the street right-of-way line for the front yard setback.
