Permanent dead end streets or cul-de-sacs shall be no longer than 600 feet, other than a minor street cul-de-sac as defined in this regulation, and shall be provided at the closed end with a turn-around which meets the requirements of the NCDOT Subdivision Roads Minimum Construction Standards and the County Fire Marshal.
