§ 155.099 APPROVAL OF AMENDED SUBDIVISION MAP.
   (A)   Minor changes to a subdivision map which has received plat approval by the Board of Commissioners are permissible and the Subdivision Administrator may authorize such minor changes. A change is minor if it has no discernible impact on neighboring properties or the general public. Examples of minor changes are reduction in minimum building setbacks, which meet or exceed the minimum requirements in this chapter, slight lot line realignments and the combination of previously approved lots. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list.
   (B)   Major changes to a subdivision map which has received final plat approval by the Board of Commissioners must be resubmitted to the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners shall approve or disapprove the amended map. Examples of major changes are an increase in the number of lots, major shifting of lot lines and major shifting of streets. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list.
