(A) If the Planning Board endorses the changes made from the approved preliminary plat, the Subdivision Administrator shall transmit the final plat, together with the Planning Board’s recommendations, to the County Board of Commissioners for final action.
(B) If the final plat is not in compliance with this chapter or the Planning Board does not accept the changes from the endorsed preliminary plat, the subdivider shall be given an opportunity to submit a revised final plat. If a revised final plat is not submitted, the Subdivision Administrator shall transmit the final plat together with the Planning Board’s recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners for final action. Such recommendations shall specify any unaccepted changes from the endorsed preliminary plat.
