§ 155.075 GENERAL.
   (A)   The subdivider shall submit 20 copies of the preliminary plat and any supplementary material to the Subdivision Administrator at least 21 days prior to the regularly scheduled Technical Review Committee meeting at which said plat is to be considered. The subdivider shall also include with the submittal one reduced copy of the subdivision plat which is eight and one-half inches by 11 inches in size. In addition to the hard copies, the subdivider shall submit one digital plan file for review by the Planning Board and the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   Upon submission of the preliminary plat for processing by the Subdivision Administrator, the subdivider shall pay a processing fee to the county in accordance with an approved subdivision fee schedule adopted by the County Board of Commissioners. The preliminary plat shall be submitted not more than 24 months after the date on which the sketch plan was approved, otherwise the sketch plan approval shall be null and void.
