§ 155.045 PLAT SHALL BE REQUIRED ON ANY SUBDIVISION OF LAND.
   Pursuant to G.S. § 153A-332, a final plat shall be prepared, approved and recorded pursuant to the provisions of this chapter whenever any subdivision of land takes place.
