§ 155.031 WORD INTERPRETATION.
   For the purpose of the chapter, certain words shall be interpreted as follows.
   (A)   The word “may” is permissive.
   (B)   The words “shall” and “will” are mandatory.
   (C)   The present tense includes the future tense and the future tense includes the present tense.
   (D)   The singular includes the plural and plural includes the singular.
