(A) After April 17, 1989, the effective date of this chapter, each individual subdivision plat of land within the county’s jurisdiction shall receive preliminary approval by the County Planning Board and preliminary and final approval by the County Board of Commissioners.
(B) In instances where the subdivision qualifies for the abbreviated subdivision, the plat shall receive preliminary and final approval by the County Subdivision Administrator.
