§ 154.22 JURISDICTION.
   These regulations shall govern each and every manufactured home or mobile home that is brought into the county or moved from one location to another within the county as provided in G.S. § 153A-121, Art. 6. This chapter shall regulate all manufactured homes and mobile homes located within the county, except those located within the jurisdiction of any municipality.
