   (A)   Certificate of ownership.

This manufactured home rental community, entitled                                                        has been designed for the construction of individual sewage systems and meets the criteria and requirements of the Pasquotank, Perquimans, Camden and Chowan Counties District Health Department based on existing conditions and regulations. The District Health Department reserves the right to require additional improvements to these properties and to limit the number of bedrooms and size of structure based on site conditions upon issuance of the final site improvements permits. This certification does not constitute a warranty and is issued based on this manufactured home rental community being serviced by                                                               water system.

   (D)   Certificate of approval of artificial drainage improvements.
In the manufactured home rental community entitled                                                      artificial drainage has been installed according to plans and specifications prepared by                                              and based upon the requirement of the Pasquotank, Perquimans, Camden and Chowan Counties District Health Department to keep the seasonal high water table a minimum of 12 inches below the septic tank nitrification lines. Proper landscaping and maintenance of these drainage facilities are the responsibility of the property owners to insure that septic tank malfunctions do not occur.    (I)   Compliance with state guidelines for areas of environmental concern.
      (1)   Prior to approval of any manufactured home rental community, the County Manager and the local AEC Permit officer shall determine if the site, in whole or in part, is located within or without any area of environmental concern. This determination shall result from both an on-site investigation and a review of the official AEC overlay map.
      (2)   If the site is, in whole or in part, within any area of environmental concern, the proposed development will comply with development standards of the State Guidelines for Areas of Environmental Concern prior to the issuance of any development permit; and a certification of compliance to that effect shall be signed by both the AEC permit officer and the County Manager.
   (J)   Certification of manufactured home rental community ordinances and CAMA areas of environmental concern consistency.
