(A) (1) The person to whom a permit for a new manufactured home rental community is issued shall operate the community to compliance with this subchapter and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the community, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary manner.
(2) The community management shall notify all occupants of applicable provisions of this subchapter and inform them of their responsibilities.
(3) The community management shall supervise the placement of each manufactured home on its stand, securing its stability and installing all utility connections.
(4) The community management shall maintain a complete register containing all information necessary for identification and location of all community occupants. The register shall be available to any authorized person inspecting the park.
(5) The community management shall be responsible for the lawful operation of the manufactured home rental community.
(B) (1) Each manufactured home rental community occupant shall comply with all applicable requirements of this subchapter and shall maintain the manufactured home lots in a clean and sanitary manner.
(2) The manufactured home rental community occupant shall be responsible for proper placement of the manufactured home on its stand and of proper installation and operation of all utility connections in accordance with this subchapter.
