§ 154.06 OPERATING PERMIT.
After the construction and development of any new manufactured home rental community has been completed, the Planning Director shall issue an operating permit to the owner or developer, which is authorization for operation of the park. The permit will be issued only after the Planning Director is satisfied that the park has been completed as approved in the plan. The operating permit will be valid for two years after it is issued. Prior to the expiration date of the permit, the developer must pay an inspection fee of $3 per lot or $50 per manufactured home rental community, whichever is greater, up to a maximum of $100 per manufactured home rental community to have the park inspected by the Planning Director. If violations of this subchapter are found, the developer will be required to correct those violations before a new operating permit could be issued. Operating permits must be renewed annually. No new building permits will be issued for the manufactured home rental community if the park is found to be operating in violation of the requirements and terms of the subchapter.
